Vice President, Sales
As Vice President of Sales at f3Logic, Richard develops and manages the processes used by the sales team to help plan participants navigate the options available to them. Richard works with the team to create actionable assistance strategies to teach participants how to navigate the options available to them using f3Logic’s state-of-the-art financial planning tools.
Over his over 25 year long career in the financial industry, Richard has worked with both plan sponsors and thousands of plan participants in a variety of capacities. This wealth of experience has provided Richard with a unique perspective on the needs of participants and, more importantly, how to differentiate their wants from their financial needs.
Richard has earned various designations throughout his storied career including Retirement Planning Specialist. He was named as a member of the “PEN Network” which was built to provide education to plan participants on national accounts managed by Morgan Stanley. Additionally, Richard earned the Corporate Retirement Director designation which, at the time, was earned by fewer than 150 advisors out of nearly 18,000. Richard has participated several times as the keynote speaker on national “Hear from a Peer” calls.
Richard holds a degree in economics from Villanova University.
