Client Services Manager
As Client Services Manager, Ny supervises the Client Services Department by overseeing their daily operations. She reviews business activities that are assigned to the department and delegates them to the appropriate team members. Ny conducts periodic reviews of the business processing to ensure it is completed in a timely manner. Additionally, she encourages and mentors the client services team and provides positive and transparent feedback.
While managing the Client Services team is her core responsibility, Ny also opens accounts, processes trades, and maintains client records.
Prior to joining f3Logic, Ny was in the banking industry, working as a New Account Representative.
