As Head of Business Development, Mike is responsible for driving new sales/revenue, internally and externally for the firm. Mike combines his in-depth knowledge, experience within the industry, and a consultative approach to design customized solutions that best support the wants and needs of advisors, employers, and their clients. Mike supports the vision, values, and culture we share with the public and financial community.
Over the last 15 years, Mike has held sales, operations, and supervisory roles across multiple firms. In that time, he gained a unique understanding of the mechanics of the industry, and an appreciation for the importance each role plays to making a business run efficiently and effectively. Applying this first-hand knowledge allows him to strategically utilize the firm’s depth to produce solution-driven results.
