In her role as Client Service Representative, Kimberly handles client inquiries, generates account forms, assists clients with account changes, and resolves client issues. In addition to working with clients, Kimberly manages the CRM for the Massachusetts Branch Office, maintains client files, databases, and spreadsheets, and assists with special projects within the firm.

Kimberly has been in the industry for 17 years.
