Project Planning

Transition plan and timeline are developed. Goals and strategies for paperwork, technology, training, human resources, and communication are discussed and outlined.

Account Setup

Accounts and features are set up. A strategic review of progress is employed. Assets are transferred and progress is monitored.

Advisors remain in contact with their service team and conduct regular check-ins.
