The Success of Veracity Capital
One year ago, a group of like-minded professionals realized that continuing to be captive to a large investment bank was limiting their ability to grow professionally and did not allow them to serve clients in the best way possible. It was clear that if they wanted the situation to improve, they needed to act. As a group, they chose to form an independent firm, Veracity Capital.
It began with three peers, Kevin Gray, Mike Mess, and John Rogers. They had a vision to create, build, and deliver a high-quality, independent wealth management firm. Nine advisors from their current firm, collectively representing billions in AUM, saw the opportunity for success in this new venture and decided to join them. During a long, but necessary, due diligence process, the founders of Veracity Capital discovered that the only way to succeed would be to learn first. The team joined f3Logic as Investment Advisory Representatives (IARs) and learned the strategic and tactical lessons necessary for this new endeavor. Then, almost exactly one year later, they filed with the SEC and gained approval for their independent Registered Investment Advisory (RIA) status. Over that time, Veracity Capital has evolved from a group of frustrated advisors, to students of the industry, and ultimately to leaders of what they plan to become a multi-billion-dollar firm.
f3Logic provides Veracity Capital’s independent RIA with the middle/back-office and C-suite support they need to focus on what they do best. With this assistance, the firm is now deep into talks with clients, prospects, and prospective advisors looking to join what they are building. There are many firms that want advisors to plug into their system so they can charge a platform fee, but this is exactly what Veracity Capital is looking to avoid. They are quickly becoming a group of elite advisors in search of ambitious wealth management professionals that want to grow, inspire, and lead. True leadership is defined, not by what one does, but by the ability to grow others.
