Operations Relationship Manager
As Operations Relationship Manager for f3Logic, Mike supports f3Logic firms during transition as well as with new account setup, maintenance, trading, and any other middle and back-office items these firms require to run a successful and efficient business.
Over his more than ten-year career, Mike has held sales, sales support, middle and back-office support, and supervisory roles across multiple firms. Over time, he gained a unique understanding of the mechanics of the industry, an appreciation for the importance of roles at all levels to make this industry run effectively and efficiently. Applying this first-hand knowledge and experience makes Mike more impactful as decision-maker and a problem-solver, allowing him to anticipate issues and engage with the appropriate people or departments.
Prior to entering the RIA space, Mike worked for six years at Morgan Stanley. Here, he worked as Business Service Manager, responsible for the training and development of branch staff, approval of new accounts, advisory accounts, account maintenance requests, money movements, trades, and correspondence. Mike worked hand-in-hand with branch and complex management to ensure business productivity and staff alignment with firm goals and initiatives.
Mike was also a Group Director at Morgan Stanley. In that role, he managed staff and daily workflow for an advisory team with over $5 billion in client assets and $12 million in annual revenue. Mike acted as a liaison between the team and branch management, dealing with high-level client issues, remediation projects, audit items, and high-volume, advanced trading requests.
