Jesus Castaneda Joins f3Logic

F3Logic is excited to welcome Jesus Castaneda as Operations Manager. In this role, Jesus supports all f3Logic DBAs with new account requests. From facilitating necessary paperwork to client relationship setup, he ensures that all aspects are executed in a timely manner. Jesus also assists with billing and the implementation of the rebalancing platform to support advisors and clients behind the scenes.

Formerly of National Planning Corporation (NPC), Jesus managed the Advisory Operations Team where he supported the firms’ investment advisors and assistants. He led the ongoing team supervision and the standing operating procedures. After his work with NPC, Jesus was with Western International Securities as a member of their Advisory Services team as an Associate of Advisory Operations. In this position, he managed various tasks and projects, supporting advisors and his team in day-to-day tasks and billing processes.

Over his more than ten-year career, Jesus has learned that internal policies and procedures have a significant effect on advisors’ experience with the back office, affecting client relationships and service. Because of this, Jesus always considers all stake holders when building or changing processes.
