As Executive Committee Member for f3Logic, Brett acts as a liaison to f3 offices around the country. In this capacity, he communicates the benefits of an f3Logic transition and how it impacts offices and advisors.

Over his more than decade long career, Brett has achieved some of the highest levels of success in the Financial Advisory industry. He is a seven-time Five-Star Wealth Management Professional and a Certified Financial Planner™. As IFG’s youngest “Elite Advisor”, Brett brings a younger perspective to the f3Logic team and can relate to advisors that are going to be in this business for the long run, rather than at the end of their career.

In addition to his Executive Committee duties, Brett continues his role as President of Kusske Financial Management (KFI). His areas of expertise include PERA and TRA pension plans as well as NUA and small group retirement plans. Brett is an active member of the Financial Planners Association® and frequently offers his services, free-of-charge, to members of his community who cannot afford a financial advisor. Brett conducts regular educational seminars and webinars specific to public sector employees and has implemented an intensive internship program at KFI for college students aspiring to break into personal financial planning.
